Key Responsibilities:
Manage
inbound and outbound calls
for sales, reservations, and customer support.
Handle
chat-based customer interactions
professionally.
Support airline processes such as booking, rebooking, cancellations, and general queries.
Provide efficient assistance to B2B and B2C clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.
Maintain accurate call and chat records in CRM systems.
Meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.
Requirements:
Italian language proficiency (B2 level)
is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or airline support is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
