Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and rapport-building skills. Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide tailored product/solution recommendations. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:



1+ year of experience in telesales or a related field (Industry certifications are a plus). Proven sales track record, with a strong ability to work in a target-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Additional languages are an asset). Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
