We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, understanding their needs, and closing sales deals over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a resilient attitude, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Initiate outbound calls to potential customers (cold calling) and handle inbound calls from interested prospects to promote company products and services.
Develop a deep understanding of product knowledge to accurately describe and explain benefits to customers.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable solutions.
Use persuasive techniques and follow sales scripts when necessary to address customer objections and close sales.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, and record all customer interactions, sales activities, and useful information in the CRM database.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and targets.
Liaise with the field sales team and other internal departments to resolve customer complaints and ensure a seamless customer experience.
