Salary:-Upto 22K

Location:- Remote ( Work from home )

Experience required:- 1 year to 4 years

Qualification - Graduate (Not Mandatory )

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles Leads received through various platforms via phone ,chat or email.
Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate leads and identify potential customers.
Support the presales process by understanding customer requirements, conducting needs assessments and
recommending appropriate solutions.

Provide accurate information about products and services
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Research required information using available resources
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Maintain a record of customer interactions and transactions
Update customer profiles in internal databases
Comply with company policies and procedures
Suggest process improvement to enhance customer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
