We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Tele Sales Executive
to generate sales through telephonic communication. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers by promoting company products and services, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and effectively.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or database systems.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and lead quality.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or Excel sheets.
Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
Good listening skills and patience to handle customers effectively.
