Ocean Gifting is a leading corporate gifting company providing customized gifting solutions to corporates, HR managers, marketing teams, and business owners across India. We manage end-to-end gifting--from sourcing and branding to packaging and delivery.

We are looking for a

female Telecaller

to join our business development team to assist in client outreach, lead follow-ups, and coordinate for proposals and meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Client Outreach & Lead Generation

Call potential corporate clients to introduce Ocean Gifting's products and services. Maintain an active database of prospects with proper contact details and notes. Identify potential decision-makers (HR, Marketing, Admin heads) and share qualified leads with the Business Head.

Follow-ups & Relationship Building

Make follow-up calls on proposals shared by the sales team. Fix appointments or Zoom meetings for the Business Head with potential clients. Handle basic queries related to products, prices, or lead times and route advanced queries appropriately.

Coordination & Reporting

Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports in Excel/CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for sharing catalogs, quotations, and mockups when required. Ensure timely reminders and client call-backs are managed efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
