Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILTY



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell nutraceutical products. Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage in a clear and persuasive manner. Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-ups. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets. Handle customer queries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly. Coordinate with the logistics and accounts team for order processing and payments. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Stay updated with product knowledge, health trends, and competitor activities.
