Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Executive (Telecalling)

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, pitching products/services, handling queries, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present and promote company products/services over the phone. Understand customer needs and offer the right solutions. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM or designated tools. Handle customer objections and work towards conversion. Provide feedback on customer interactions and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Graduate Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service is preferred (but not mandatory). Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Fluent in English , Hindi & Punjabi Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
