Job Description

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients and providing product information.

Persuasion & Sales Skills:

Strong ability to persuade clients and close sales effectively.

Product Knowledge:

Adept knowledge of pharmaceutical products and services.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.

Customer Service:

Ability to build rapport and foster strong customer relationships.

Resilience:

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.

Education:

Typically a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field sometimes preferred.

Experience:

Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is often a plus.
