Key Responsibilities:
? Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain financial products and services.
? Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
? Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial product recommendations.
? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trends, and regulatory updates.
? Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
? Handle client queries related to investments, account setup, and market-related concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
? Previous telecalling or telesales experience, especially in financial services, is a plus.
? Good knowledge or interest in stock markets, trading, and investment instruments.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu (optional)
? Ability to persuade and build rapport with potential clients.
? Comfortable working with CRM software and digital tools.
? Experience working with a brokerage firm, investment advisory, or wealth management firm would be a plus
