Position Overview

As a

Tele

Sales Executive at Design Legends

, you'll be the voice and face of our brand. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified leads through telesales, manage client relationships, and leverage CRM tools to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct

telesales and client outreach

to generate and qualify leads in the architecture and interior design sectors. Present Design Legends'

portfolio, services, and design expertise

effectively to potential clients. Maintain and update

CRM databases

to track sales activity, follow-ups, and conversions. Develop and execute

sales strategies and campaigns

to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate closely with the

design and marketing teams

to align client needs with creative solutions. Prepare and deliver

professional proposals, presentations, and quotations

. Build long-term client relationships through excellent communication and follow-up. Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the

architecture, real estate, and interiors

segments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

2+ years of experience

in telesales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in the design, real estate, or luxury service sector). Proficiency in

CRM tools

. Exceptional

communication and negotiation skills

--both verbal and written. Strong

presentation and client engagement

abilities. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about

architecture, interiors, and design

. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a creative team.
