Key Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize campaigns.
Update CRM systems with lead status and follow-up notes.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of telesales or sales experience
(B2C or B2B).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
Basic computer and CRM software proficiency.
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare, insurance, education, etc.].
