We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive (Fresher) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
Explain products or services effectively and answer customer queries.
Maintain a database of prospects and update client information regularly.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaigns and promotions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the team lead.
Eligibility / Skills Required:
Fresher or 0-1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and target-driven with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
