Make outbound calls to potential candidates identified under the DDU-GKY program.
Explain details of
government-funded skill training programs
, eligibility, course structure, and placement opportunities.
Counsel candidates regarding career options, training benefits, and placement support.
Maintain accurate call records, follow-ups, and candidate details in the database.
Ensure daily call targets and lead conversion targets are met.
Coordinate with mobilization and training teams for candidate onboarding.
Handle basic candidate queries and objections politely and professionally.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
Minimum qualification:
10th / 12th / Any Graduate
Minimum 6 months experience in telesales / telecalling
(mandatory)
Good communication skills in
local language and basic English
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel / CRM systems
preferred
Ability to convince and guide candidates from rural / semi-urban backgrounds
Target-oriented and willing to work under performance goals
