Job Title: Telesales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor

Job Overview:

As a Telesales Executive, your responsibilities will include generating sales leads and converting them into customers with the use of telephonic communication. You'll interact with prospective clients to understand their requirements, engage them in business, and effectively present products or services to ensure sales growth. This is a target-driven role that demands excellent communication skills, the capability for persuasion, and a very proactive approach toward customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to the firm's products and services.

Prospect identification through cold calling, lead lists, and marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement:-

Build rapport with potential customers and understand their requirements.

Qualify the leads by gathering the right information and gauging interest levels.

.Sales Conversion:

Effectively pitch the product or service to the leads to close deals.

Handle objections and questions in a professional and positive manner. Close sales by finalizing the purchase process, which may include order processing, payment arrangements, and follow-up.
