About the role:


Convert phone conversations into sales by building rapport, understanding needs, and closing deals. You'll manage a volume of inbound/outbound calls and be accountable for daily and monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities:



Call prospects and convert them into customers. Meet daily and monthly sales KPIs. Provide accurate product/service information and overcome objections. Maintain detailed call logs and sales reports.

?10,000 - ?15,000 per month

Required qualifications & skills:



+2 / Graduate / MBA. Strong phone etiquette, persuasion and closing skills. Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Preferred / nice-to-have:



Experience with CRM and tele-sales reporting.

Experience:

2-6 years in tele-sales preferred.

What success looks like:



Meeting conversion and revenue targets with steady improvement in close rates.
