We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and generating interest or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain product/service features in a clear and persuasive manner. Maintain a database of customer information. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements:

Min. 1 years of experience in Telecaller/ telesales with outbound process Good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools). Previous experience in telecalling or telesales.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
