Key Responsibilities

Close

warm & inbound leads

from: Instagram, WhatsApp, Webinars, Sales calls Sell: Online courses, Coaching & mentorship programs,High-ticket services
Follow sales scripts, objection-handling frameworks & SOPs

Do structured follow-ups until closure

Maintain daily lead & sales tracking Hit monthly revenue targets

Strong Hindi communication (English is a plus) Confidence while speaking to business owners & creators Ability to handle objections without getting emotional Office-based discipline (no WFH) Coachable mindset -- you follow systems, not ego Hunger to earn more, not just survive
