Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain course offerings, benefits, and features to candidates. Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable course. Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales using CRM tools. Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively. Provide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. Excellent communication skills in English Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused. Prior experience in telecalling/sales/education industry is a plus. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
