Job Summary

We are hiring

Sales Executives

to promote and sell

premium Shaadi.com memberships

to our

VIP, NRI, and HNI clients

. The role involves

outbound calling, consultative sales, and relationship building

with international customers. Candidates with

basic education (10th pass)

and a

minimum of 6 months sales experience

are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with

international VIP, NRI & HNI customers

through outbound calls. Pitch Shaadi.com's

premium membership plans

with confidence. Build trust and long-term relationships with customers through consultative selling. Achieve

daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Provide

excellent after-sales support

to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on membership plans, offers, and promotions to maximize conversions.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

10th Pass (mandatory). Minimum

6 months of sales experience

(BPO, telecalling, outbound sales, or similar). Excellent

spoken English

and ability to engage confidently with global customers. Comfortable working in a

US night shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM IST)

. Target-driven, energetic, and motivated to earn incentives.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in

international sales / outbound calling

. Ability to handle

VIP & HNI clients with professionalism

. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
