Telesales Executive Position
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our team in Noida. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective customers.
• Provide detailed information about insurance products and services over the phone.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer questions or objections, providing accurate responses and solutions.
• Follow up on initial contacts with potential customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of the company's information and customer data.

Required Skills:

• Solid experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Strong understanding of insurance products or willingness to learn quickly.
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in either English, Hindi,Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam(both verbal and written).
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• High level of professionalism and commitment to work ethics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous but not mandatory.
