Business Development Executive (Telesales)

communication, convincing, and client handling skills

with the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound telesales calls to generate and qualify leads. Promote

academic research, thesis writing, and journal publication services

. Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions. Follow up with leads to ensure conversion. Maintain records of calls, interactions, and sales activities.
