Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Understand clients' academic needs and suggest suitable services (assignments, dissertations, thesis, etc.).
Convert leads into confirmed orders through persuasive communication and follow-ups.
Maintain a strong understanding of Writence's service offerings and pricing structures.
Build long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
Female candidates only (as per company policy).
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in telesales, academic services, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
Good listening skills, confidence, and a persuasive personality.
Basic knowledge of academic formats and writing will be an added benefit.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in MS Office
