The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, promoting company products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services
Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with potential clients
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or sales systems
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally
Coordinate with the sales and support team for order processing and service delivery
Update customers on new offers, schemes, and promotions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Good listening and problem-solving skills
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream preferred)
A diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration is an advantage
Experience Requirements
Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Call Center
Experience in B2B or B2C sales will be an added advantage
