Telesales Executive
who can handle customer calls, explain real estate projects, and convert inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries
Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers clearly
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations
Follow up with interested customers and schedule site visits
Maintain call records and customer details
Coordinate with the sales team to support deal closures
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Candidate Requirements:
0 to 1 year experience in telesales or telecalling (real estate preferred)
Good communication and convincing skills
Comfortable speaking with customers on calls
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, Email)
Target-oriented and positive attitude
