DigitalVia Technologies is looking for an enthusiastic and communicative Telesales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients and generating leads for our digital marketing services.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to qualified leads and businesses interested in improving their online presence. Clearly explain DigitalVia's digital marketing services and their benefits to potential clients. Answer questions and address concerns about our services in a professional and informative manner. Maintain accurate records of call activities and interactions with potential clients. Stay up-to-date on DigitalVia's services and offerings to provide accurate information. Contribute to a positive and professional company image through every interaction.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice. Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns. Ability to build rapport and connect with potential clients over the phone. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine desire to help businesses. Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
