Roles & Responsibilities

Call farmers, dealers, and leads generated from expos, campaigns, and digital platforms Explain Rashail Agro products and solutions in

simple, local language

Generate sales inquiries, close orders, and follow up on pending leads Maintain call records, lead status, and customer details in CRM / Excel Coordinate with the field sales and operations team for demos and installations Promote

Fasalam App

downloads and onboard farmers digitally Handle basic customer queries and provide after-sales coordination support
Key Skills & Requirements

Good communication skills (Hindi required; Marathi/local language preferred) Basic understanding of agriculture or willingness to learn agri-products Sales-oriented mindset with confidence on calls Ability to build trust with farmers and rural customers Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and Excel knowledge Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
Preferred Candidate

Experience in

telecalling, agri-sales, insurance, finance, or FMCG sales

Familiar with farmer issues, irrigation, or farm equipment Comfortable working with

targets and incentives
