We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will focus on generating leads, engaging prospects over phone calls, explaining project details, and driving site visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and generate qualified leads.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages to customers.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested clients.
Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
Work closely with the sales team to support closures.
Handle customer queries promptly and provide the best possible guidance.
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in telesales; real estate experience preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under targets and pressure.
Good knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
