Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly and persuasively.
Maintain and update customer information in
Zoho CRM
.
Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and CRM updates.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in
Zoho CRM or Zoho Sales Software
is a must.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of sales techniques and customer handling.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
