Make outbound calls to chemists, stockists, and distributors to taking orders of medicine.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team .
Collect customer feedback and market intelligence.
Requirements:
Graduate (Science/Pharmacy background preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of telesales/telecalling experience
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
