Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Ayodhya bypass, Bhopal

Experience Required: 1-2 Years (Banking/Card Sales Sector Preferred)

Salary Range: ?12,000 - ?16,000 per month + Incentives

- Job Summary:

DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive with prior experience in the banking and card sales sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial products , and closing sales over the phone

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell financial products, primarily credit/debit cards.
Understand customer needs and pitch the right product offering.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with the sales team to improve the conversion rate.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.
Influential and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle objections confidently and convert interest into sales.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity such as excel.
Eligibility:

Minimum 1-2 years of telesales experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.
