Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

Call potential customers from provided databases and convert leads into sales.

Customer Engagement:

Build relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.

Sales Target Achievement:

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales conversions in CRM software.

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer insights, objections, and preferences to improve sales strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and sales team to strategize and optimize outreach efforts.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication.
