Job Summary:



We are building a High-Performance Tele-Sales team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for Tele-Sales Executives to join our team. Please note that this position is suitable for 1-2 years?of experience into Tele-Sales Profile.

Number of Positions

: 01 Required.

Experience

: 1-2 Years experienced in Tele-Sales/Outbound Sales or Inside-Sale's Executive/Associate role.

Salary Range

: Annual CTC ranges from Rs. 2,83,889/- to Rs.3,24,924/- per annum (In-Hand: ?18,000 to ?22,000 per month).

Sales Incentives:

based on Target Achievements/Conversions.

Educational Qualification

: Graduates/ BE /MBA

Required Key Skills:



Fluent verbal & written English communication is must. Microsoft Excel & Basic computer knowledge. Good Knowledge of Electronic Products & Components.

Job Role & Responsibilities:



The main job role & responsibilities of the Tele-Sales Executives will be:

Proactively contact B2B customers to generate leads Convert leads into successful sales Manage and coordinate the after-sales process to ensure customer satisfaction Onboard new B2B customers and maintain long-term relationships Maintain accurate records in CRM and report daily activities

Job Benefits:



Five Days Working (Office Time: 9:00 am to 6:30 pm). Two Weekly Off's (Sat-Sun Fixed Off's). Health Insurance.

Pay: ?283,889.00 - ?324,924.00 per year
