Order Management
: Accurately process customer orders, track quotations & purchase orders, update information and manage accounts related basic activities, assist seniors and accounts persons.
Target Achievement
: Meet or exceed individual and team sales/registrations quotas and goals, no pressurised financial target in sales.
Documentation
: Maintain detailed records of all calls, sales & customer interactions in the CRM process through spreadsheet/software/app. Typing Speed must be min 25 WPM | Accuracy min 100%
