Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Lead Generation

: Make outbound calls to prospects, follow up on marketing leads, payment recovery and identify new opportunities.

Product Expertise

: Clearly explain product/service features, benefits & cost structure to corporate & non-corporate customers.

Customer Interaction

: Handle inbound calls, answer questions, resolve complaints and build rapport. prior CRM experience/software shall be an advantage.

Order Management

: Accurately process customer orders, track quotations & purchase orders, update information and manage accounts related basic activities, assist seniors and accounts persons.

Target Achievement

: Meet or exceed individual and team sales/registrations quotas and goals, no pressurised financial target in sales.

Documentation

: Maintain detailed records of all calls, sales & customer interactions in the CRM process through spreadsheet/software/app. Typing Speed must be min 25 WPM | Accuracy min 100%
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
