Experience - 1+ year in Travel Industry (OTA's, B2B Consolidator, Airlines, Travel Agency, Corporate Travel Desk)
Key Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for regular follow up on leads, existing clients (active & dormant) (Target basis)
Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to lead conversion, Sales / GBV (Target basis)
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations / demos of products and services offered.
Develop and maintain sales records of calls, sales, activations, pipeline, follow-up activities,etc.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Job Requirements:
Require an experienced Customer Oriented Telesales candidate who can drive sales via call & mail communications.
This is a completely Target Driven profile (Sales KRAs would cover Overall Sale, Overall Active Client Ratio, New Sign Ups primarily) & requires a candidate with go getter attitude who can perform consistantly in a high-pressure environment.
Candidate should be Passionate about sales, highly energetic, self-driven and organized to be able to maintain relationships with existing clients (active & dormant) by providing ample support, information & guidance.
Candidate shall also be responsible for building new relationships by onboarding fresh clients assigned via leads generated by us. Somebody with good negotiation skills to execute terms of agreement & close sales.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
