Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused

Jewellery Sales Consultant

to join our retail showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences Showcase gold, diamond, and precious jewellery collections with complete product knowledge Provide accurate information on pricing, purity, making charges, and certifications Achieve individual and store sales targets Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations Maintain showroom display standards and stock presentation Follow company policies related to safety, inventory, and customer service Assist during exhibitions, promotions, and festive sales periods

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales

(mandatory) Strong communication and customer-handling skills Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery terminology Presentable, confident, and sales-driven personality Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
