Key Responsibilities
? Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote
products/services.
? Handle inbound sales queries and convert leads into sales.
? Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently.
? Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
? Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions.
? Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
? Update CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
? Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
? Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Proven experience in tele-sales or customer service (preferred).
? Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
? Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
? Good command of English (and regional languages if required).
? Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
? Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
