Job Responsibilities

Outbound Calling:

Contact potential customers for sales, appointments, or information.

Inbound Handling:

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.

Product Knowledge:

Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

Lead Management:

Follow up on leads to convert them into customers.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate call records and update customer info in CRM.

Target Achievement:

Meet daily/weekly call volume and sales/engagement goals.

Reporting:

Document conversations and report performance to team leads.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication:

Excellent verbal skills, active listening, and a persuasive tone.

Interpersonal:

Ability to build rapport and handle difficult customers.

Technical:

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Personal:

Resilience to handle rejection, patience, and multitasking ability.

Education:

High school diploma; higher education or sales/marketing background is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
