Role Summary:
Join Glint Multicleaner as a Telecaller to drive sales by generating leads and scheduling product demos for our professional-grade cleaning solutions. Target customers include Hotels, Offices, Clinics, and Garages.
Key Responsibilities:
High-volume outbound calling (English/Marathi/Hindi) to qualify B2B and B2C leads.
Clearly pitch the Glint Multicleaner product benefits (grease removal, versatility).
Schedule product demonstrations for the Field Sales team.
Accurately maintain customer data in the CRM system.
Meet daily/monthly targets for calls and scheduled demos.
Requirements:
Fluent in Marathi and Hindi (Verbal is mandatory).
6 months - 2 years of experience in Telecalling or Telesales preferred.
Strong persuasive communication and objection handling skills.
Target-driven and comfortable with high call volumes.
