Job Description

1. Lead Management & Conversion



Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients looking for Maharashtrian matrimonial services. Reach out to leads generated through walk-ins, website enquiries, referrals, and branch teams. Explain membership plans, value-added services, and match-making processes clearly and persuasively. Convert interested prospects into paid members by understanding their requirements and offering suitable packages. Follow up consistently with potential customers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Customer Profiling & Requirement Gathering



Understand client preferences such as cultural background, community, profession, lifestyle, and partner expectations. Accurately record member profiles and preferences in the CRM system. Ensure profiles are complete, updated, and ready for matchmaking teams to work on.

3. Relationship Building & Client Engagement



Build rapport with clients to create trust and long-term engagement. Provide guidance and clarity about the match-making process, timelines, and success expectations. Manage concerns or objections professionally to retain potential customers.

4. Coordination with Branch Teams (Dadar, Borivali, Thane)



Communicate with branch counsellors, relationship managers, and matchmaking teams for smooth client handling. Share updates, lead status, and membership conversions across branches. Assist branch teams by scheduling appointments, follow-up meetings, and profile verification calls.

5. CRM & Documentation



Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up schedules, and sales records in the CRM. Update daily call outcomes, lead quality, conversion status, and customer feedback. Ensure all documentation related to membership onboarding is complete and error-free.

6. Service Quality & Professionalism



Maintain high standards of etiquette, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while dealing with Maharashtrian families. Handle confidential client information responsibly and as per company policy. Ensure all communication reflects the brand's 43-year legacy and trustworthiness.

7. Performance & Reporting



Achieve set KPIs including daily call targets, lead conversions, revenue goals, and follow-up ratios. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for the Manager. Suggest improvements in lead handling, sales pitch, or customer experience wherever needed.

8. Market Understanding



Stay updated on Maharashtrian communities, marriage preferences, traditional values, and trends. Understand competitive offerings to position the company effectively. Support marketing teams by providing insights on client expectations and behaviour.
