Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other channels.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team to optimize sales scripts and conversion strategies.
Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively handle objections and close deals.
Ensure compliance with company policies and international sales regulations
.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Minimum 3 - 5 years of telesales or outbound sales experience in an international BPO environment.
Strong sales negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
HSC and above
