We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator who will primarily handle inbound and outbound sales calls, provide product information, and support the sales team with lead follow-ups and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and manage incoming customer sales calls
Make outbound calls for lead follow-up and product inquiries
Maintain and update customer database/CRM
Coordinate with the sales team for appointments, follow-ups, and order updates
Share quotations, collect customer requirements, and track conversions
Provide basic support and resolution for customer queries
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email handling)
Tele-calling or customer service experience preferred
Positive attitude and ability to handle sales conversations

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
