Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in personal, business, or gold loans, with strong communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain available loan products (personal, business, gold, etc.) Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options. Follow up on leads, applications, and document collection. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Coordinate with the sales / credit team for loan processing. Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead conversion. Handle customer queries with professionalism and ensure a positive experience.

Requirements:

Minimum graduate preferred. 1 year of experience in NBFC or bank loan(business loan) telecalling. Good communication in English and regional language. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools. Sales-oriented attitude with target focus.

Salary:

30k + incentives based on performance.
