Job Summary:



We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Executive

to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions. Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide excellent customer service and build sustainable relationships. Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a telesales representative or similar sales/customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to learn about products and services quickly and describe/explain them to prospects. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
