Key Responsibilities:

Understand the customer's reason for drop-off and offer suitable assistance or solutions.
Explain product details, benefits, and offers to encourage order completion.
Maintain a polite, customer-friendly, and brand-appropriate communication style.
Follow a structured calling script while also adapting to customer needs.
Update call notes and order status in the CRM/system accurately.
Coordinate with the operations and customer support teams for escalations or order-related queries.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Share customer feedback with the marketing team for improvements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.
