Key Responsibilities
Conduct a high volume of
outbound calls
to potential clients from provided lead lists.
Qualify leads
by understanding their needs, pain points, and budget to determine if they are a good fit for our product/service.
Clearly and persuasively articulate our
Value Proposition
and product benefits to prospective customers.
Accurately record all call details, lead status, and notes.
Schedule qualified appointments or demos for the Senior Sales team.
Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for calls, qualifications, and scheduled meetings.
What You Bring
(Required Skills & Experience)
Fresher/2+ years
of direct experience in high-volume outbound calling, tele-sales, or a similar
lead generation/SDR
role.
Excellent verbal communication skills
with a professional, engaging, and persuasive phone demeanor.
Demonstrated ability to
handle objections
and navigate conversations with decision-makers.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency with
CRM software
(mention specific ones if needed).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
