Job Summary

Generate sales via phone, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. Ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to sales.

Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to promote products/services. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Understand and communicate product benefits. Achieve sales targets and metrics. Address customer queries and concerns. Maintain customer database. Follow up with interested customers. Collect customer feedback. Prepare sales reports.

Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation. Basic understanding of sales principles. Proficient with computer applications and CRM software. Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Team player with adaptability.
