We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain customer database and call records in Excel.
Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Prepare simple presentations/reports using MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Requirements:
Qualification: 12th Pass/ MBA / Graduate preferred.
Good communication skills in
Marathi, Hindi & English
.
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Internet
.
Prior telesales/call center experience preferred but not mandatory.
