The Telesales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient inquiries, driving conversions, and ensuring excellent customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and industry knowledge to promote hair transplant services and meet monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls to generate patient leads and drive bookings.
Develop and implement telesales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, and conversions in the CRM system.
Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing patients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for ongoing campaigns and promotional activities.
Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Provide feedback and insights to improve telesales processes and scripts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience
in telesales or call centre operations, preferably in the
healthcare or hair transplant industry.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
