Job Description

Make outbound & Inbound calls to potential clients to promote products or services.

Follow up with existing customers to upsell or cross-sell offerings.

Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of products, services, and market trends.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and campaigns.

Prepare reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
